How do I start?

I've wanted to start a blog for some time now but have been intimidated on where to start. My husband James and I have 3 children. Leah is 1 1/2, and 4 month old twins Walter and Owen. My pregnancy was complicated by twin to twin transfusion. I had laser surgery by Dr. Chmait in March and went on bedrest until the boys were born in June. Walter had SIUGR as well as a bad cord insertion into his placenta. He was born perfect and despite being 14 oz he was on room air! He was found to have coarctation of the aorta and had surgery when he was 5 days old. He has struggled in the NICU and was so close to getting home this week when he developed RSV. The doctor gave him a 20% chance of recovering. We've never had odds much better than that with Walter, yet he keeps fighting and winning.
We're so ready for him to be home but each month brings another major setback.
I'll try to keep up here, but this will def be a work in progress!
